Create/Order (2) property flyers or (1) brochure; create social media graphics for all stages of the transaction.
Schedule staging, pre-inspections, photos, sign placement etc., with calendar invites to the agent and client.
Provide showing feedback within 24 hours and deliver weekly report summaries to agent and client.
